You were a great basketball player and ARE a horrible human being, that should be in jail as well as in the AWON thread.

Fuck you

RACK MJ for checking in!

I love the documentary so far. I remember disliking Jerry Krause back in the day but modern me didn't remember exactly why. Oh yeah he's a fucking asshole. "Organizations win championships." How did that work out for 2 decades after Jordan left, Jerry?

The NBA is a clown show today. I really enjoyed watching older clips in the documentary where drawing a foul required actual physical contact rather than oscar-winning umbrage.

^^^^That kneegrow isn’t a pimple on the GOAT’s ass. Part of the reason I fell out of like with the game.

Couple of things I forgot about that era.

-Surprisingly... how good of a player Scottie Pippen was. Calling him Robin to Jordan’s Batman wasn’t a fair comparison. Batman to Superman is more appropriate.

-The Bulls lineup intro was the coolest intro in the 90s. Possibly ever. The only one I’ve seen that can match chills up the spine is Virginia’s football team coming out to Enter Sandman.

Also, I appreciated the varying levels of Jordan glass of Scotch in his segments. I Drink A Lot would be impressed with the comfortable buzz he was working on.

2rd

Sucks about him being underpaid, but an owner cannot redo a guy's contract or he will be redoing every fukken contract all the fukken time. It's like negotiating with a terrorist; you will never stop negotiating with terrorists.

Time passes and it’s easy to forget just how fucking good MJ was. Just the way he moved made him different. Any discussion of GOAT starts and end here.

My bad. I’ve been doing yard work most the day so it goes without saying I have been drinking Lagunitas IPAs* since noon. I’m pleased that I got the state right.

*Sorry CA. No faggoty lime flavors for you to butt chug.

Got to see Da Bulls play in Da Stadium before they moved to the new digs and before The Worm arrived.

By the time Jordan was being announced, you couldn't hear the sound system anymore.
