First, the Colorado State Rams (-4) will host the Oregon State Beavers. The Rams are 7-1 against the spread in their last eight games, according to the OddsShark College Football Database, and they finished last year with a 7-6 record.

Colorado State opens the 2017 campaign versus two Pac-12 schools and has gone 2-9 straight up and 3-8 ATS in its previous 11 against the conference. However, Oregon State is riding a 13-game road losing streak and has gone 1-4 ATS in its last five season openers.

College football is BACK!

And for the first game of the season, I'm going with the Rams playing at home -4.

Life is good.

Looks like CSU has the right approach to delivering packages.

Whereas Oregon State is employing the Kaepernick method.

CSU all the way.

A minus factor for Colo(u)rado, they stole the helmut from one of the NFL's worst football teams.

My late cousin Tim played at Colorado State. My pick too.

OSU got screwed out of a TD just before the half, that was a catch in the end zone. A good game.

Do they not use replay? How did 15 or 20 officials look at the same video and all get the call wrong?

Me, the game announcers, and the different crew of halftime announcers, we all thought it was a TD catch.

They did go to replay, but the replay officials were at the game. Evidently the Power 5 conferences will use a centralized replay, but whatever conference this is will not use them.

But it looks like it won't make a difference, it is now 34-20 CSU.

Watch this and make the call -- is it a TD?

It is a close call. He might not have posession before the knee slides out of bounds, and the ball DEFINITELY comes out and touches the ground while he it out of bounds. Togehi or whoever should not have adjusted his grip. He should have grabbed the ball and tucked it into his gut. I'm sure it is an automatic move for him that he trains for constantly, but in that situation the elbow cradle takes too long. And then the ball pops out.

The ball popping out is the deciding factor for me. Incomplete.

San Jose State going to upset South Florida? South Florida favored by 21.5 and ranked #19.

It is early but it looks like San Jose wants it more, they are up 10-0 In the 1st.
